Google’s is probably the most widely recognized logo around the world. The logo ofcourse is very simply created using a couple of photoshop techniques.

Before you start you can note down the colors required for the various letters.

“G” and the “g” go in – #1645AE

The First “o” goes in – #D62408

The Second “o” goes in – #EFBA00

The Second “l” goes in – #007D08

The “e” goes in – #D62408

The font that Google uses is Catull, we’ll use Times New Roman which is the closest that we can get.

Just a couple more layer techniques and you’ll be done.

Select the layer, go to the layer properties and drop a shadow of it as shown below.
